DRESS UP YOUR DISH
Add a drizzle of soy and for some heat, add either sriracha, chilli paste or even fresh chilli. Add ginger for warmth.
Add fried shallots and a drizzle of sesame oil for aroma.
For some vibrancy and fibre, add shredded baby bok choy leaves into the soup.
Salt and cracked pepper.
